The San people were the indigenous tribe that first walked the hills of Darling. Hannuwa is the San (Bushman) word suggesting the gathering of good fortune through living in sustainable harmony with nature. This wine is made in an Amphora clay pot taking winemaking back to its roots. Unfiltered and unrefined, this is as true to nature as can be.

With its full-bodied character, smooth texture and luxurious taste, the Black Granite Vintage Reserve is the epitome of refined indulgence.

Passion and respect for these old vines, have led to these beautiful and special wines. The Old Bush Vines Range is a dedicated concept from site selection, through to the final drop in the glass at the end of a bottle.

The little town of Darling is the entrance to the flower portal of the West Coast. We decided to create a special Wildflower label for drinks that do not have a spot in our core wine ranges.

Darling Cellars De-Alcoholised is a product range of varietals where the focus is on fruit driven, varietal true, value for money products. The grapes were harvested from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling, where the vines are not trellised and planted as bush vines.

The idea behind the Sweet Range is easy drinking fun wines which are rich in vibrant fruit, displays a little bit of complexity, but is never heavy, nor dull. A contemporary new style with lovely sweet appeal.
